I am a part of the Board of Next ASML (previously known as Young ASML) the largest Employee Network of ASML. At Next ASML we aim to enrich the professional and social lives of ASML's professionals to help them reach the NEXT level!

Being a Manufacturing and Equipment Engineer means tackling various challenges on different phases of product development, right from the early stages of product till it is phased out out production, involving both the factory and field. I'm happy to inform that I am currently helping to tackle these challenges in the DUV Wafer Handler team!

Being one of the pioneers in the field of semiconductor manufacturing, ASML has a far-reaching influence across the globe. Along with the influence, comes a large scope for improvement as well. My project focuses on one of the current issues faced in the manufacturing - silicon wafer warpage. My project involves development and incorporation of a tool to measure wafer warpage in the wafer handler.

My activity included backhand support, management activities, and development of a competency matrix for the employees of the Manufacturing division in order to track and improve their skill-sets.

My activity included familiarisation to all the departments and their operations and processes and the management overview involved with the production process of the company.
