We created a boutique eye care hospital, with a vision to provide one stop solution for all eye care needs. We also became the first eye care center to provide SMILE and Contoura LASIK under on roof. We have four dedicated OTs as per the international standards.We are now a process driven eye care facility, that has a very strict focus on delivering high tech solutions for eye care.The team now has new members and the team size is 7 doctors, technical and support staff of 20 highly trained profesionals.

The new facility included Retina, Refractive (LASIK) along with all specialized ophthalmology related services. We got into the scaling mode and we were able to cross 50,000 cataract surgeries at this facility

Started my own practice in Gurgaon. Established an very good word-of-mouth through excellent eye care delivery to all strata of the society. This was an OPD and OT facility for Cataract and Glaucoma

Managing Day to day operations of the entire hospital. Solely responsible for creating and developing the Ophthalmology department with 10 staff members.We introduced charity camps in the rural parts of the state, which helped us in building the rapport and image in areas around Jind.

My role as a fellow member was to understand and get expertise on Cataract & Glaucoma, under the mentorship of G. Natchiar and Kirshna Das Sir.
