My prime responsibility is to understand the scope of the project and contract accordingly planning the sequence of activities, scheduling & coordinating with contract departments for sub tendering and vendors validation for executing the planned activities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, resources & manpower mobilization, site facilities, staffing, working environment as per the scope of work, and front availability.Effectively applies our methodology and enforces for project standards, directing and supporting the project team for estimation of materials, procurement action, action for materials preservation in the yard, monitoring & controlling store & reviewing the documentation, etc. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities, monitoring of all concerning departments like Planning, Administration, Execution, QA/QC, Safety, Store, and Account.4Preparing presentation, attending weekly/monthly progress review meetings with Client/PMC/ consortium partners. Conducting daily production review meetings with Managers/lead engineers of concern discipline to expedite progress achievement and solving their hurdles by improving resource mobilization and effective utilization.As an RCM to the major project of Blast Furnace at Visakhapatnam (Vizag Steel Plant) and Steel Melting Shop (SMS) at Nagarnar Iron and Steel Plant. (NMDC) with consortium partners, Prime Metals UK (SIEMENS VAI), Prime Metals India, and Prime Metals Austria have successfully carried out work worth more than 400 Crore INR.

Responsibilities are given as Engineer in charge of the construction of Temporary Site Facilities (TSF) for Pre- Fabrication of Pipe. There were 4 shops CS, LTCS, Alloys steel &SS, and Pipe support fabrication shop to be facilitated with 4 nos. tower crane installation, radiography bunker, Auto blast machine installation, blasting shed, paint shed, store container arrangement, raw materials yard, spool stacking yard, PWHT arrangement, etc. After completing the all facilities it is inspected and approved by CTJV/RAS GAS & successfully commissioned for pre-fabrication of pipe and supports. Being a shop In charge coordination with the engineering department for releasing the isometric drawings., preparation of BOQs for materials matching. After materials match the withdrawal of materials from client Yards to our fabrication Yard. Monitoring on Daily Progress Report and reporting to Planning Control Manager. Attending weekly production meetings with Client( CTJV). We were given with target of 2500 inch dia per day including both shifts at the shop, we were able to achieve it with not much back log.

Expansion jobs in running the plant as per ASME STANDARD & CODES. Leading in Piping (CS, LTCS, AS, SS) & Equipment for Quality Yield Improvement & Value Maximization Projects jobs in various units of Refinery pre-shutdown, shutdown & project. Executed considerable nos. of jobs as a system in-charge like Nozzle Enlargement in Vessel & Equipment during shutdown 2002 in Coker Unit, Kero and HCGO filter system piping in pre-shutdown in Coker, Nozzle modification in vessel Debutanizer in shutdown 2003 in Coker, Reactor structural erection job in Polypropylene Unit Line-D, Additional gas compressor structure shed and structure D in cooker. Heater PSV line Tie-in in shutdown 2005 in Coker. Balance piping jobs in order to commission MAN TURBO gas compressor system.
