    This was my first role in the United States. I was hired to be part of the team developing a brand new platform for onboarding customers for new and existing card and non-card products. I led product visioning and road mapping, goal setting and story writing, project execution and the product roll-out strategy. I had the exciting opportunity to direct four scrum teams with a total of 28 team members with teams based in the United States and India. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS◆ Launched and delivered three banking products in 2021 to redefine the customer experience with another banking product set to launch in 2022.◆ Given the “Global Consumer Service Group President’s Award” for launching three products in 2021.◆ Brought entire customer experience and backend operations in house with implementation of new banking products eliminating the need for a third-party vendor.
