Achieved a major breakthrough for rolling out green mobile infrastructure project based on innovative domestic technology in LWE areas under BSNL Network . Strategic business partnerships is the key strength area . Engaged in various Committee of DOT , Meity , TEC , CII, serving as Advisor TEMA and Executive council member of TEPC . Contribution towards formulating various Government policies including DOT’s notification on Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Mandatory Testing & Certification of Telecom Equipment, National Digital Communication Policy, National Frequency Allocation Plan etc., were widely accepted by the respective ministries.

VNL is country’s first of its kind start up , a technology initiative to design & develop end-to-end Innovative , Mobile technologies (2G,4G), Infrastructure solutions for the domestic and Global market . As a founding COO was responsible to set up and managed state-of-the-art distributed development centres in India and abroad in advance technologies and for successful commercialisation of the products. Strategic relationship building & management with incubators, global system matter experts & design houses, foreign vendors etc were amongst few strong areas of contribution. ACeS( Asia Cellular System) was a GMPCS Project created to manage a satellite system that provides a cost effective fill in service for cellular telephone operators in Asian region in technology partnership with Lockheed Martin, USA. Shyam Aces was to set up the operations in India.The role includes to work out the satellite ground network for India meeting the Regulatory provisions under the GMPCS policy . Served as Chief technical and Regulatory officer for setting up of Satellite based cellular telephony services using Aces System for India region .
