As a Principal Database Administrator, I install and maintain databases across PostgreSQL, Db2 UDB, and Redis platforms. I deploy streaming replication within PostgreSQL to create an active-passive database solution. I oversee database backup, restoration, and point-in-time recovery processes with proficiency. As a subject matter expert (SME), I manage and optimize databases on PostgreSQL, Db2 UDB, and Redis platforms. I provide on-call support for PostgreSQL, Db2 UDB, and Redis database systems. I conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and database platform audits.Additionally, I establish replication for Db2 UDB through high availability disaster recovery (HADR). I installed, configured, and upgraded Db2 on Unix systems, while conducting proactive health monitoring of Db2 UDB.
