Physical parameters- particle size, Foreign matter, sieve test, and sensory evaluation of finished goods products. Chemical parameters- perform chemical analysis of finished food products like. (Moisture, Alcohol soluble extractive values, Water soluble Extractive value, Volatile oil, Total ash, Acid insoluble ash, Purity of Psyllium whole husk. Testing of packaging material: - Testing of incoming packaging material, like, scuff resistance test, Compression strength Test, bursting strength Test). Testing of Glass Bottles, etc. Art work management system (AMS) Approval for printing artwork. On artwork management System (AMS). Reporting to senior managerQC/QA. Generates a product release form if the material is complies to all parameters of a given specification. Coordinate with other departments for production & quality related activities. Monitor Product Quality of Organic India Products against Organic India Protocol. If material is not complying with standards set by organic India. Then communicate to senior management and to supplier also.

Warehouse and Process Area Audits along with external Depot Audits.  Management of Pest control activities.  Implementation of Khadya surksha abhiyan (KSA). Handle corporate quality audit and food safety audit in unit.  Excellent Handling of lab Instruments. Customer Complaint Handling & Others:- Handling Customer complaint.  Root Cause Attained Analysis Assessment with QCA Team. And submit CAPA to management. Conduct Trainings on Good Manufacturing Practices, to Production & Warehouse Teams.
