Specially in Hyper (modern trade) channels.5> Bank reconcilations.6> Raising Debit notes on overnorms payment time to time.7> Raising credit notes as per monthly / quarterly/ yearly schemes approved by Head office.8> Handling all logistics related work like Loading & unloading of vehicles when received from factory & transportation of goods to different locations (In CG or Other state) through different vendors/ CFA.9> Handling Branch Petty Cash expenses.10> Always taking quotations from different vendors for different works like courier/transportation/ printers etc & sending comparative chart to Zonal/HO for final approval.11> Checking of Monthly bills submitted by vendors & booking according to approved rates.12> Checking of Travelling statements given by sales / service staffs & after booking into system sending Zonal/HO for payment.13> Handling all statutory matter like payment of monthly vat & entry tax & Service tax as per the laws.14> Filling of quarterly returns , annual returns , vat audits & Assessment data Submisstion.15> Legatrix used for Labour laws / all other statutory followup & forms submissions.16> Successfull participation in Digitalization of Invoicing through automated Portal.17> Documentation of Channel finance & helping Channel partners for enrolment.18> Handled Rural business operations at Branch level.19> Handled Ecom Business operations at Branch Level as well as FK/Amazon defective returns of All India at Gujarat.20> Handled voluminous Institutional Business also from Branch.
