Currenti am having experience of 6 HI Cold rolling mill operation. i am also having experience of Roll management and roll grinding process. A professional with more than 6 years (78 month) of experience in Operations, Process Management, Resource Management and Quality Assurance for Cold Rolling Mill. Presently designated in Tata Tinplate (Tata steel Division) as Senior Engineer Cold Rolling Mill (Operation). Leading Manufacturing team (Include shift executive, Engineers. And operator) to set and accomplish goals for the division. Resource planning & optimization for manufacturing operation including manpower, spare parts, materials, consumables etc. to achieve the targeted production plan. Production planning scheduling and order prioritization as per marketing requirement. Co-ordinating with the internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of the line. Improving the system by implementing various necessary Techs for the efficient working of the plant. Managing MIS system to minimize variances as per plans and tracking market intelligence when necessary. Managing the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & controlling. Involve in kaizen activity and Poka-Yoke method as an improving quality tool of operation in the process. Monitoring & improving key performance indices e.g. Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery and Morale. Ensuring that all quality management system elements are followed at lines and continuous up gradation of quality of process and products Driving business excellence and other improvement initiatives in the area. Handling the coolant (Emulsion) management system. Proficient in managing various process operations as per the set parameters and experience of developing procedures for operational excellence. Making of skill matrix of the operator and Shift in charge , and make the arrangement of training on the basis of skill matrix.
