Current• Responsible for managing both day & night team of content writers• Responsible for managing all the Content Writers’ ‘Upwork’ & ‘guru’ profiles of the organization• Responsible for handling clients both through voice calls and messaging• Responsible for maintaining work quality by keeping a closer look into the work done by all content writers• Proofreading and editing content of all content writers to meet quality scenario• Responsible for guiding team members throughout an intricacy if they witness• Responsible for handling the important or high-quality tasks, where others witness a difficulty to work upon• Responsible for assigning and receiving tasks within the deadlines from content writers• Keeping a proper layout of tasks’ planning to meet the work deadlines• To teach and guide the team members on every step to complete each task perfectly
