 Experience in green field project of large petrochemical (aromatic) complex. Experienced in factory acceptance test (FAT) of Honeywell DCS and ESD, Logic checking of compressors, heaters and other safety interlocks and pre commissioning and commission of entire ISBL and OSBL process and utility systems for Mangalore Aromatic Complex project. Experience of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning activities for aromatic complex process units, flare system and refinery Complex CDU/VDU (Phase III) unit. Experience in taking end to end responsibility of plant operation and process control as a shift in charge in petrochemical (aromatic) complex for SSU (Shell Sulfolane), BTF (Benzene Toluene fractionation), Tatoray (Trans alkylation reactor), XFU (Xylene fractionation), Parex (Para Xylene extraction), Isomer (Isomerisation reactor) units.  6 yearsof DCS experience in- Honeywell environment for Aromatics and ACCS (Adsorption Chamber Control System) supplied by Uop Honeywell for Parex unit. Experience of successfully completion of TWO turn around shutdown activity for process units, OMS and flare system. With the responsivity of single point contact with maintenance team from operation side.  Experience of process engineering with single point responsibility for CCR (Phase I/II), Mixed Xylene units. Experience of handling jetty operation in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and contract manpower as Surveyor for timely cargo (Para xylene, Benzene, Mixed aromatics) loading to avoided any scenario of allege issue which can hamper the plant production.
