Current Project Management – Looking after 6 projects (End to End operation) including E-Commerce project. Maintain and grow customer relationship while increasing overall revenue for the company. Bridge between the company and the client ensuring to fulfil the all requirements as per the contract. Floating RFQ of new client for Supply Chain Services. Purchasing and procuring of goods as per the agreed commercials. Commercials preparation for new client to add the revenue overall. Planning & Monitoring the SCM & Logistics operation (FTL / PTL / 3PL / 4PL / Contract Logistics). Defining KPIs for 3PL and owned WHs, and also to make sure they must achieve B2B and B2C Operations are being taken care for these clients. Strategic planning and route mapping for faster movement to achieve the TAT. Vendor Management -Taking care, the various co-loader partners across PAN India-Responsible for movement. Monthly reconciliation of all projects to prepare the P&L accounts. Measuring Warehouses performance & Transporters performance through KPIs. Bidding for new business and providing the RFQ for Project Commercial. Distribution management for shipments as per the location. Managing and planning the 3PL for Logistics and Transportation. Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects. Monitoring for timely delivery to enhance the quality operation. Data Management is one the mandatory activity which keeps us updated. Disputes/Complaints are being resolved in very less time.
