Scheduling of Routes• Prepare Unified Time Table (UTT) based onheadway and no of buses as per agreement.• Modification of routes as per demand.• Driver memo creation & updating in AVLS application.• Survey of Routes as per allot by Transport Department through agreement, cluster wise.Management Information System (MIS)• Preparation monthly conductor incentive report.• Preparation Conductor incentive RTGS details for account department.• Monthly outsheding report cluster and depot wise.• Monthly Earning statement which is forward to Department of Transport.• Responsibility of holding the monthly meeting of depot Cluster operational performance based on KPIs such as EPK, EPB, KM. Eff. and VU.• Tracking & Monitoring GPS base applicationAVLS (Automatic Vehicle Location System) and ETM (E-Ticketing Machine).• Report results of statistical analyses, includinginformation in the form of graphs, charts, and tables • Prepare the data for processing by organizinginformation, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data• Tabulation, presentation, analysis and interpretation of public transport data.• Analyses the Passenger ProfilingOrigin-Destination Data and Trip Wise Analysis for Different Routes in the City of Delhi• Preparation of monthly bus management system (BMS) report which consist of depot wise, cluster wise and route wise operationalstatics monthly report.• Preparation depots bills such as cleaning and sweeping, tea, waybill binding charges etc.
