Worked in central planning & coordination (Iron making & Steel making as a Manager JSW LTD. (Sambalpur works).Coordination with all production planning department (Downstream & Upstream)Technical Assistant to COO from 20th May -2022. SMS, BF,DRI,SINTER, PELLET ,COKEOVEN, POWER PLANT & RMHS,WRM, CSP, CRM & TUBE PLANT & logistics department.Accountabilities: (Up stream) Coordination with Raw material Procurement team. Planning of Raw material procurement as per production target. Maintain safety stock of raw material according to the Railway, private logistics, mines & ports.  Stacking of Raw material in sequence order as per the priority of requirement.  Observation of Raw material feeding & consumption booking in SAP system.  Coordination with third party survey team for Physical verification of Raw materials.  Maintaining of records of specific reasons for variance observing & reconciliation in SAP system. Coordination with costing team for In-house production & material consumptions. Accountabilities: (Down stream) Executing DPR & MIS on daily basis of all plants (Odisha, Kolkata & Chandigarh plant. Executing all plants stock FG & WIP (Odisha, Kolkata & Chandigarh plant. Ensuring all plants Packing report & circulating to all marketing zone. Preparing shutdown plan on Monthly basis.  Coordination with all PPC departments for Order status & BTR & delay reports. Making MEO report for weekly review meeting. Coordination with SAP team for developing reports. Preparing slides for EC meeting on monthly basis.
