Taking a 2nd level of verification in validating all the resume submitted by the recruiters which meets the customer expectations.• Expertise in sourcing resumes from Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Dice.• Conduct phone screening and interviewing with qualified Non-IT consultants and contractors for open positions with our clients. Schedule and coordinate with clients and candidates for final level of interviews.• Managing a group of junior recruiter and coordinators to ensure consistency with hiring process.• Training new batch of Employees (fresh hires) in terms of the entire recruitment process, tax terms, search strings and Job Portals.• Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Maintaining daily accounts of all positions assigned and provided daily/weekly updates to the Manager.

• Development and implementation of recruitment strategies, policies and practices which meet the needs of Client.• Expertise in manufacturing (on W2 bases) and fair understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets. Mainly focusing on Non-IT (Manufacturing / Engineering) recruitments and partially work with IT / Health Care domain. • Expertise in Sourcing a candidate by using Monster, Career Builder, Dice and Rigzone. Posting the job description in Indeed and Zip Recruiters. • Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.• Conduct phone screening and interviewing with qualified Manufacturing consultants for open positions with our clients. Schedule and co-ordinate with Clients/Account managers for final level of interviews.• Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities. • Coordinate client interview requests with applicants and Maintain rappo with applicants while client completes decision-making process. • Communicate client decisions (offer/non-offer) to applicants and Co-ordinate with hired candidates to check the DOJ, negotiate benefits and other on-boarding related queries.• Have strong experience to accessing client portal and fetching the candidate status whether the candidates is selected or not, as well share the job requirements to the teammates. • Updated spreadsheets and provided daily, weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status.• Training new batch of Employees (fresh hires) in terms of the entire recruitment process, search strings and Job Portals.

• We receive multiple designing and programming projects from our primary customers located in India, United States, United Kingdom and China. • Responsible to deliver the projects within the turnaround time as per the customer’s expectation. • Once we received the project, we start working and designing the diagram of monuments by using AutoCAD software. • Responsible to share the designs to the manager for the review and it will share to the customer. • As per the project design approval from the customer, we will start working on the programming for 5-axis Italian CMS Brembana (CNC) imported machine by using Easystone software.• The customer will analyze the diagram and if the design fulfills their needs they will confirm the design for Deliver.• In a daily bases we are responsible to deliver 5-6 designs and 4-5 programming, based on the customer need.
