1. Implementation of QBD approach for various projects and perform experiments accordingly.2. To transfer technology from rnd level to plant level with scale up parameters to be implemented.3. Handled critical pellets projects with technology transfer from r n d level to plant level and got two of the projects passed in Bioequivalence studies.

Handling specially MUPS , pellets coating, Extrusion and spheronization projects. All SUPAC level changes.QBD approach to all products from risk assessment to risk updation and performing experiments to get design space for commercial batches.Got QBD training from experts to implement a QBD risk approach to every project.

As a trainee in technical services.Job role is to support different companies with there technical issues related to product’s dissolution, assay, CDP, etc using eudragit polymers.Also assist them in FBP glatt coating issues.
