Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Standards, and/or Project Procedures on Health Safety and Quality Control Environment, within the man hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets. Assist to Construction Manager, Monitoring the contractor's progress. Update the Construction Manager on the happenings at site. Control the site supervisors & foremen and the work force in day to day activities. Dealing with Sub contractors on behalf of main contractor and arrange regular meetings. Coordination with client, consultant and vendor. Planning & arranging day to day activities and preparing weekly look ahead report and take corrective action in case of slippage. To plan the requirement of resources from time to time based on the work load. To keep the resources utilization at optimum level. Shall be familiar with “Permit To Work” & “Lifting Plan” requirement.Erection and alignment of Equipments & tank. Direct control over fabrication & erection of Piping for Various systems including supports and paint activities. Ensure all documents and reports are raised, reviewed, collated, stamped, endorsed and compiled correctly. Any deviation, clarification and waivers are to be documented through the site technical query. Line check, punch listing/killing, Hydro-test, flushing and release for commission. Follow Schedule & Daily activity. Exercise proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interaction with production, engineers and management personnel. Preparation of As-built drawings. Verify all fit-up and visual reports and Servile all NDT. Mechanical Clearance of Piping Spools. Be a good team member and maintain a good working environment at site. To coordinate with the other contractors working at site. Correspond with the Contractor on technical matters and ensure that action is taken where necessary
