Current• Complying to all company policies, conducting all business in an ethical manner keeping the company's profitability in mind• Meeting and/or exceeding the financial and non-financial targets as allotted to me in my assigned territory for Corporate and Private accounts/customers• Having the exposure of Delhi, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, M.P• C.G• Gujrat and Vidarbha• Having the team of 7 Key account Manager manage their sales target growth achievements• Manage the all R.C• And rate quotation of all Hospitals private and government• Conducted the CMEs and the RTMs for Doctors inside the hospitals and outside the hospitals with the KOLs of that hospital• Conducted the knowledge program for the purchase manger to enhance their professional skill• Managing the Teams Investment, ROI, and the growth of business• Maintaining the existing business and develop new business opportunities to increase my companies market share in my assigned territory with the help of my team• Updating the status of the business, submitting daily/ call reports, and providing information to my manager using email on regular basis about my zone and my team• Creating and implementing quarterly business plan of me and my team with monthly updates• Sales Lead Creation: Having a target-based approach for customers to gain leads in every account of my team• Analysis of the leads created and qualifying them with team to an opportunity based on several parameters set by my company.
