Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for courier management/ Warehouse/Market Place /3PL logistic partner, Packaging & fulfillment center day to day operation, of TV/WEB/Mobile portals (PAN India).• Responsible for cost control, budgets, warehousing and logistics operations.• Handling around 1400+ vendors (TV & Web) through market place model.• Developed and manage KPI's for Vendor drop/3PL/WHs/Courier and delivery performance. • Supervising logistics operations, negotiating with couriers, transporters, warehouse contractors & defining Standard Operating Procedures to ensure seamless & cost effective movement of products across India by adhering to transit guidelines.• Reduce order book to delivery costs and time (from order verify to delivered) by implementing Penalty & Incentive polices.• Cost Management, Actively involved in business planning and analysis, restructuring for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities. Administrative & Inventory Management matters.• Align organizational plans in line with business planning and budgeting by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources.• Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse/Drop ship & Logistics over all operations in line with organization’s guidelines & policies.• Audit & inspection of daily transactions, billing reports and Improvement & development of SCM.
