CurrentPreparing daily/weekly/monthly Pan India collection (B2B) MIS reports in excel & Google sheet. Prepared the allocation MIS on monthly basis & creating a predicted bucket by DPD. Also preparing agency allocations and payout. Downloading the raw data from google big query and uploaded fresh data in clappia server. Preparing DPD and NON DPD cases MIS on daily /Monthly basis. Preparing lander wise dashboard for the management review. Preparing 30+DPD & RTNPA/FLDG and FPD and Recovery MIS on daily basis and preparing brands/Anchor/lender wise MIS. Preparing Agency wises MIS also Preparing arbitration/section 25/demand notices tracking MIS daily. • Downloading the raw data from Ameyo server and Preparing Agent/ Tele caller Productivity of Hourly/ daily/ Weekly/ MTD. Prepared TC Team leaders /FOS Team leader / FOS Performance MIS on daily basis. Prepared tell caller/ Team leaders wise KPI performance indicator of Appraisal. Preparing FOS /telecall /anchor and FOS cost of Monthly a basis. also Preparing FOS Monthly Inactive MIS. And do the other activities which are related to collection.
