*Support the ongoing Lenti-virus process development work by characterizing vector through various assays, including Infectious titers, Physical titers, Residual impurities, and Viral copy number. Analytical approaches utilized for the characterization of these virus particles include qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, MSD-ECL, ELISpot, UNCLE, DLS, Flow cam, videodrop and many more*Lead a team of scientists responsible for characterizing Lentiviral vectors. *Improve and expand existing assays to enhance analytical capabilities for Lentiviral vectors. *Develop experimental plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various analytical assays to characterize Lentiviral vectors.*Develop robust analytical approaches to support lentiviral manufacturing process development.*Monitor reagent and consumable inventory to ensure adequate supplies for Lentiviral vector characterization. *Lead weekly Vector Analytics group meetings to prioritize assays, track the progress of direct reports, and plan strategically. *Lead monthly API cell therapy meetings to provide a high-level overview of ongoing activities within the Cell Process Development teams.*Coordinate with Lentiviral vector Process development team leads to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication. Act as the main point of contact for sample submission, prioritization, and data communication for Vector Analytics.*Participate in cross-training of all analysts to ensure continuity of operations and knowledge sharing.
