Current Responsibilities - - Leading Hindalco's Innovation Program "IGNITE" to bring in transformation across the organization and develop a culture of "Intrapreneurship". Supported by a core team (members representing various businesses of Hindalco) for change management.- Creator and custodian of "Stage Gate System" to manage Project Portfolio (ideation to feasibility -evaluation process) of Strategic Projects- Convenor of Hindalco Capital Request Evaluation Committee (HCREC) - which evaluates CAPEX proposals up to Rs.300 cr- Central PMO Role - Setting up governance and standards for key and strategic projects (involving Capex ranging from Rs.300 cr to more than Rs.3000 cr) as identified by Top Mgmt; periodic reviews of Live-projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control to closing.- Policy Design - Delegation of Authority (DoA) for Capital and Revenue Expenditure for Hindalco A professional having diverse experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operation & Maintenance Management, Enterprise Risk Management and working in dynamic environment constantly supporting businesses and functions in driving improvement initiatives and providing solutions to specific challenges.Ability to operate in disparate cultures, have executed consulting projects in India, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia dealing with cross functional and cross enterprise (conglomerate level) issues. Has project experience in Aluminium, Textiles, Copper, Retail, Construction, Cement, Insulators, Fibre, Earth-moving & Construction Equipment sectors. Managed projects in Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing areas, resulting in strategic benefits, cost optimization, risk management, controls and standardization. Key focus remains in establishing systems & procedures, bench-marking, introducing best practices achieving synergy benefits and implementing Enterprise Risk Management.Customer focus, Team Management, Result orientation, Analytical mindset embedded in the execution of projects.
