Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the Software Product Engineering of TrakIT, a web-based Workflow Management System that caters to any kind of workflow process tracking need of logistic business. I am responsible for automation, customization, implementation, and support for large-scale global logistics organizations.My key role & responsibilities:- Drives short and long term product vision, strategy, goal setting, and execution for the end-to-end services.- Uses user experience data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results, and drive decision-making around product and experience.- Helps the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to ensure quality product implementations.- Works with cross-functional leaders at all levels to drive product strategy and serve as subject matter, thought leader, and trusted advisor with an extreme focus on customer experience.- Builds and leads a team of high performing Product Engineers and Managers who demonstrate an unparalleled drive for results, customer empathy, and the long term vision for their product lines.- Mentors and coaches team members and enable them to make the right decisions and bring new ideas that can help transform the organization while delivering value to both internal and external customers- Creative thinker who enables the team to think outside-the-box to make difficult trade-off decisions on features, functionalities, and roadmap.- Develops and maintains direct customer relationships and maintain up to the mark customer satisfaction.I have served top tier clients across the globe viz. I have built and successfully implemented products like Workflow Management System, Applicant Tracking System, Vendor Management System, Business Intelligence Solution for Remote Infrastructure Management, Procurement System for Property Infrastructure Management Companies, and Customized ERP for Manufacturing Industry.
