Prior to joining GMR Hydro Business as the Head-CSR; managed GMR Delhi International Airport (P) Ltd-DIAL- CSR operations & built CSR projects at various GMR Hydro Projects locations in India and Nepal. He successfully supported DIAL Business Excellence & GRI Reporting Initiatives for the improvement of business processes and outcomes. Due to the excellent CSR programming and leadership; DIAL was awarded “International Aviation Award 2014” under the CSR category. For its unique and innovative “Employability based vocational training program” DIAL CSR was among the best 2 shortlisted entry for the “PMI 2013 CSR Projects”. He has authored an article "Gendering Reproductive Health" which was published in the "Journal of Health and Development". He is a regular speaker on the CSR at various forums; seminars and Management Institute.
