Working as System Engineer on next generation ICMP (Intelligent Congestion Management Program) solution.- Requirement workshop with TfNSW to understand the system requirements for multiple features i.e. Major Event Planning and Management, Road Occupancy License planning and management, Geospatial layers, Roadside device management etc.- Build solution design and architecture for the features including, UML designs(Logical/Physical etc), UI mocks and architecture.- Create User Stories for the development team and helping prioritise, understand and develop features.- System validation for the features- Defects Triage

The project involves development of PCU (Packet Controller Unit) and ETP (Exchange Terminal for Packets) platform on Cavium Networks Octeon Plus CN5650 and CN6880. Responsibilities:• Responsible design and development of solution in agile environment for Media Sense.• Collaboration with client team and product managers for future roadmap and creating business case for new opportunities; estimation (ballpark/complete), technical proposals and finalization of the contracts (RFI/RFQ/ proposals/contracts) working with sales/business teams.• Technically leading the project team of size 22, fours scrum teams and monitored the progress of the delivery adhering to Agile (Scrum) Methodology for quick implementation of features; facilitated quality assured deliverables.• Providing operational and maintenance support 7 * 24 for troubleshooting to all operators using Nokia’s BSC worldwide.• Continuous process improvement i.e. 5 Y’s-Root Cause Analysis - Escape Defect Analysis, Defect Density Models, Automation/CI etc.Major Achievements:• Successful delivery of four releases with zero concession in quality.• Achieved zero open virtual defects in FY 2014.• Above 95% CSAT (Customer satisfaction) from Nokia.• Successfully implemented process improvements e.g. 5 Y’s analysis, RCA-EDA analysis, Defect Density Models (DDM), left shift analysis, continuous integration etc.• Successful deployment of Nokia’s BSC in various countries.Environment: Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Rally, Jira, Packet Controller Unit (PCU), embedded C, C++ Java, Java Script, AngularJS, Oracle DB, MS Projects, WindRiver Linux, Cavium Octeon MIPS processor, multi-core, multi-threaded environment, ATCA, Continuous Integration.
