Heading the partnership for Independent Software Vendor that has outsourced their entire product management services. Services includes product development, professional services and customer support services. My job involves Strategy & Business Planning, Program & Relationship Management. • Formulating long-term strategies to drive business growth and profitability.• Identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships• Supervising and optimizing business operations to meet key performance indicators• Developing and managing budgets across multiple departments or business units• Leading a team of 1000+ software professionals / engineers and has expertise in conceptualizing the business propositions, final negotiations & managing project deliverables with highest quality.Domain/Functional Knowledge:1. EHR/EMR, Practice Management (PM) systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)2. FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), HL7, and DICOM3. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) in the USA, GDPR in the EU, and HITRUST.4. Experience in various predictive analytics, AI/ML models, and population health management5. Telemedicine platforms and remote patient monitoring technologies6. Proficiency in implementing cloud-based healthcare solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.7.
