I have successfully negotiated and managed contracts for development of projects at both domestic and international level, closed M&A transactions for Open Access and rooftop solar projects, played a key role in development of 15+ MW of distributed solar projects across various states under RESCO as well as CAPEX models, negotiated and executed Power Purchase Agreements with C&I off-takers, and much more. I hold a proven track record in the development of two solar projects - Rajasthan (5.2 MW; COD in 2011) and Gujarat (15 MW; COD in 2012), M&A, contracts closure, project financing etc at AES Solar.
