I have been directly responsible for developing and maintaining the renewable energy project pipeline, including planning, scheduling, and completion of internal and contracted work tasks needed to meet project submittal deadlines. Recognized as a Renewable Power Expert, I have made significant impacts in the areas of Contract Negotiations & Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Development, Business Development, Project Financing, and Investor Relations. At Rays, I have successfully driven the development of solar power projects under Open Access as well as Distributed (Rooftop) Solar. I have successfully negotiated and managed contracts for development of projects at both domestic and international level, closed M&A transactions for Open Access and rooftop solar projects, played a key role in development of 15+ MW of distributed solar projects across various states under RESCO as well as CAPEX models, negotiated and executed Power Purchase Agreements with C&I off-takers, and much more. I hold a proven track record in the development of two solar projects - Rajasthan (5.2 MW; COD in 2011) and Gujarat (15 MW; COD in 2012), M&A, contracts closure, project financing etc at AES Solar.
