I have been working at senior positions with Government of India for about twenty nine years. I am basically an Engineer, who has done his post graduation from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in association with Syracuse University, USA. I also have a degree in Law. My experience ranges widely from telecom regulation, telecom operations, development of the Cellular Mobile networks from scratch, organization restructuring, licensing and telecom policy formulation. In my present assignment I am working as Deputy Director General Department of Telecommunications, Government of India looking after Artificial Intelligence and Digital Intelligence Unit.
