Job Responsibilities :- * Working in 24*7 shift rotation and providing end user support via remote and using Service Now ITSM tool for ticket queue monitoring, logging, timely update and resolving incidents and service request within defined SLA. * Document and escalate ticket to concern team in respective support assignment group if required. * Follow up with user for ticket closure and pending tickets. * Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10 OS. * MS office 2016 and Office 365 application installation and troubleshooting. * Configuration and troubleshooting MS outlook, PST addition and creation. * Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of VPN client application (Cisco AnyConnect and Global Protect). * Perform 1st level OS and hardware troubleshooting over remote support. * Configuration of PC or laptop for new joiner as per IT policy. * Password reset and account unlock in Active Directory. * OKTA MFA setup, reset and provide OKTA exception for system enrollment. * Perform 1st level Microsoft Intune configuration and troubleshooting support. * Working on VMware Air Watch admin console to provide support related to device enrollment, application installation, uninstallation and software upgradation. * Working on Azure Active Directory to check user account details, security groups and Office 365 license assignment status. * Providing remote support to users through Zoom, MS teams and VMware workspace one assist tools.

Job Responsibilities :-* Provided support to over 700+ users via face-to-face and used Sapphire IMS ticketing tool for ticket queue monitoring, logging, timely update, and resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLA. * Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10 OS. * Windows 10 OS re-imaging through WDS and domain joining. * Configuration of PC or laptop for a new joiner as per IT policy. * Configuration and troubleshooting MS outlook, PST creation. * MS office 2016 and Office 365 application installation and troubleshooting. * Password reset and account unlock in Active Directory. * Perform 1st level Citrix VDI support. * Basic troubleshooting related to RJ-45 crimping, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity. * Troubleshooting of PC and laptop hardware issues and vendor coordination to claim warranty status and part replacement. * Configuration and troubleshooting of local and network printer issues. * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VPN client application (Checkpoint endpoint security and Global Protect). * McAfee drive encryption installation and configuration. * Configuration and troubleshooting of video conferencing applications like Zoom and Microsoft teams.
