• Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual statements by collecting data, analyzing, and investigating variances, and summarizing data and trends.• Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes in customized ERP.• Arranging the EMD’s, Bank guarantees, bid bond guarantees and advance payment guarantees as per client’s requirement (RFP’s clause). Maintain tracker for EMD’s and closely follow up for EMD’s refunds.• To ensure all Statutory Compliances like GST, PF, TDS, ESI and Professionaltax are paid timely and their account entries are accurate and properly maintained. Preparation of details as per requirement in Income Tax and GST assessment.• Processing of all vendor payments with verification of vendor bills and related compliance i.e., GST, TDS etc.• Bank Reconciliation, reconciliation of creditors, fixed asset registers, movement and sale of fixed assets among branches are properly documented and accounted. • Respond to inquiries from staff regarding claims payment, reimbursement advances and Payroll.

• Accounting in Sun ERP. Entry and review of AP & AR entries in Sun ERP with the help of Sun vision excel.• Review of manual Journal Entries on monthly basis, recording exception like SOD conflict and reporting to line manager.• Routine Voucher Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Receivable & Payable Account maintenance.• Providing Provisions and closing the books for Inter Group companies.• Reconciliation of IG parties and Bank Reconciliation. • Focal Point of statutory forms collection for all regions.

• To ensure all Statutory Compliances like Sales Tax, TDS,Advance Tax, Self-Assessment tax are paid timely and their accountentries are accurate and properly maintained.• Preparation of details as per requirement in Income Tax and Sales Tax assessment. • Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.• Support in Statutory and Internal Audit.
