    I provide of high-level administrative and management support for the development and execution of coordinated services and programs for the LGBTQ community as part of Affirm, the Rush Center for Gender, Sexuality, and Reproductive Health. My responsibilities include - Managing educational programs and training schedules- Coordinating center communications, and supporting marketing and outreach efforts- Overseeing data collection and reporting- Representing Affirm in key steering committees/working groupsKey achievements to date:- Managed the establishment of the Affirm Training Corps, which included recruiting members from across the Rush system, developing training resources, scheduling training, and maintaining regular communication with members.- Coordinated the roll out of training program for over 450 staff with 29 sessions over a 3-week period. This involved setting up virtual platforms, allocating trainers and communicating with participants. - Provided supervision and direction for the summer student intern to develop resources to set up a Community Advisory Board and produce some additional patient education materials.- Spearheaded the Pride planning committee which oversaw several Pride events across the various campuses and managing the Rush Pride float with 150+ participants at the Chicago Pride March.- Successfully obtained accreditation for CE and CMEs for Affirm's LGBTQ+ Affirming Care training module- Facilitated the inclusion of Affirm's LGBTQ+ Affirming Care training in the General Nurses Onboarding program.
