Built the test automation framework for an Investment banking client and created few POC's to demonstrate that their applications can be automated using Selenium and Java using Cucumber framework.

Scrum Master - In the role of a Scrum Master, I led a team of 8 IT Engineers in building few cool banking products for the client. I helped the team in coming up with key artefacts like Definition of Ready , Definition of Done and served as a servant leader in facilitating all the Scrum events.Other responsibilities - Implemented the feature toggle approach which helped in effective code management and also helped in quicker and easier delivery to production.Worked closely with the business stakeholders to define the product features, user stories and the release roadmapPlanning the product release cycles and leading them for our team and collaborating with the Delivery leads in the client officesManaging the risks and defining the mitigation strategies for them.During this period, I also led the Non functional Testing team for a Data center migration project where in we ran performance tests and defined the baselines for 5 critical core banking applications (running in parallel) in the existing data center and new data center and compared them against each other and proved that the new data center was better through a variety of metrics thus building confidence in the stakeholders for the data center migration.Agile Coach - As an Agile coach, I worked in the Spotify model where-in I collaborated closely with the Product Managers, Customer Journey Experts, Chapter Leads and other Agile coaches in ensuring that the delivery teams across Hyderabad and Sydney were adhering to the best practices of the Agile ways of working.Few key responsibilities - 1. Ensured that the squads are in adherence to improving trends of delivery metrics like Story Throughput, Cycle Time and Predictability.2. Facilitated workshops on features and user stories slicing and estimation to enable enhanced value based delivery3. Facilitated key "Obeya Wall" meetings to help faster decision making process and driving the culture of continuous improvement in the Tribe.

I worked with a major Australian banking client to help them achieve in-sprint test automation using Selenium,C# and Behavior Driven Development. I was also the test automation lead (for the Deloitte team) during this period leading a team of automation engineers across 3 Scrum teams and helped in defining the automation processes for each of them.During this period, I visited Sydney to understand the client's business and their needs in terms of building a strong automation framework. I worked in a Scrum team and in close tandem with key test stakeholders of the client to define their test strategy, test plans and automate their tests using Selenium and C# using Behavior Driven Development. We could achieve in-sprint test automation where-in we developed the automation scripts and executed them in the same sprint cycle as the development was done. We were successful in deploying our test scripts onto Selenium Grid and thereby achieved faster test execution cycles.
