As we recover from the effects of Covid, we move into the unprecedented challenge of affordable home ownership, interest rate hikes and failed businesses. I have a diverse background in civil engineering, land development and building construction spanning 25yrs. Over the last 16 years, via our brand, Keola, we have built many high end residential homes, over 400units of medium density housing, a forest school, playgrounds, a hotel, several childcare centres, light commercial projects and residential subdivisions.In addition, I sit on the Building Research Advisory Council (BRAC) being selected as the Master Builders Representative.
