In addition to all project and engineering leadership duties, I was responsible for managing the vendors and contractors, project deliverables and timeline, customer relationship, change requests, reviewing and correcting all structural and architectural plans. Coordinated with specialized providers on the design and development of auditorium acoustics, light and sound, wooden stage and screen backdrop.Rabindra Bharati University - 1 new building construction (~6 months):Led the development of Ramanujam Hall - the new central administrative building for the university.Extension to the New Delhi National Museum (~3 months):Oversaw the construction of a new 10,000 sq ft museum building. Ensured adherence to drawing specifications.
