Developing new vertical through L&D intervention as well as direct business developmental support. Coordinating with Regional Heads to find out the gaps and suggest development plan to maximise business.  Understanding business needs and designing a road map for Leadership development which includes need assessment and supporting organizations to prepare themselves for succession planning, untie complexity team management, facilitating the emergence of new team leaders by identifying talents and potential. Conducting leadership development programs for Regional Managers, Area Managers and Branch Managers in the zone as well as national level. Identifying training needs in the zone through regional training team and finalising the training calendars in coordination with the regional managers.  Ensuring training delivery and sales support through regional training team in regional as well as branch levels and suggest development areas. Organising brand promotional activities through training and operation team members to enhance the brand image in the designated areas. Organize need assessments to identify the training needs at various levels and suggest effective solutions to maximize the capabilities and enhancing performance to achieve organizational goal. Actively engaged in workforce planning, performance management activities, and organising employee engagement programs across the company.
