As a consultant I worked with land information applications specializing in cadastral and registry of property systems and serving as project manager on the Rivers State GIS Project which establishes a unified registration/cadastral system based on GRM Registry™ and GRM Cadastre™ and Abuja Nigeria for the implementation of a Tax Information System SIGTAS™. Most recently has served as Land Administration Business Analyst for the USAID Land Reform in Afghanistan (LARA) Project.Also worked in the Bahamas and Dominica overseeing the installation, testing and deployment of Thomson Reuters software solutions and in Tanzania where I defined system requirements for a prototype registry system for Titles Registry in Dar es Salaam and provided assistance in the configuration and commissioning of the land management system in Lusaka City Council project in Zambia and worked in Doha assisting in the configuration of customized reports for GRM Registry™
