I am a meticulous and a diligent professional bringing to the table 29+ years of experience. I am skilful in liaising with government at local and district level to regularize and organize administrative activities and coordinating with lawyers, solicitors, contractors and other agencies as per the need of the organization, dexterous at working in technical, admin and general correspondence sections and handling manpower planning, shift detailing, maintaining the duty roster of juniors and support staff, adept at monitoring inventory of stores for offices, buildings and different departments and deft in conducting all purchase procedures like tendering, selection and purchase and scrutinizing & authorizing bill payments.Currently, I am associated with Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), Ranchi, India as Program Manager (Admin & Logistics), wherein; I am taking care of administration and logistics, as well HR Policies & handling the supporting staff of more than 200 personnel and managing the general office administration of 24 districts & 267 blocks of Jharkhand, India , arranging infrastructure like vehicles for field visits and handling vendor management at both Head Quarters and all districts, booking flight & train tickets, hotels, organizing meetings, workshops & various programs for state-level ministers, secretaries, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officers, taking control of all the guards deployed in various districts, training them regarding security & fire fighting and handling surveillance cameras and handling biometric attendance system and other human resource practices and acting as a member of procurement team & purchase committee
