A smart innovator in BPM and IT Services industry; trusted by Global Brands.Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels- Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and on social media platforms;- Assessing applicant's qualifications according to the job requirements;- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates;- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;- Follow up with operations and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process;- Prepare a different kind of database as per business requirements & maintain it daily basis;- Prepare or develop an Assessment Module for different job openings;- Assist in different organizational programs & events;- Represents organization in different national or International programs;- Conduct the Training Session on Company overview, Customer service.- Employee separation - accepting resignation, taking exit interview.- Creating a Positive and supportive Organizational Culture - Attrition analysis (weekly, monthly & quarterly).- Maintaining other responsibilities as required;- Assist seniors, supervisors & management when/as required.
