Automation Associate
CurrentASB provides a range of financial services including retail, business and rural banking, funds management, insurance through AIA New Zealand and IAG New Zealand, and investment and securities services through ASB Group Investments and Securities.In this business-critical role, I was required to navigate the organisation in order to streamline processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce manual labour through implementing automated systems and technologies. I used my process-driven approach and problem-solving skills to successfully identify inefficient manual processes within the organisation and implement automated solutions that streamlined operations, reduced costs, and improved overall efficiency. In addition, my customer-centric working style helped me to implement automation solutions to enhance the customer experience, including self-service portals, chatbots, and personalised recommendation systems. These additions resulted in higher satisfaction levels and increased customer loyalty.As well as this, by using my strong business acumen and big picture thinking, I developed ways to automate a range of repetitive tasks. These methods helped to free up time for employees to focus on more strategic and valuable activities that contributed to organisational goals.
