Prior to entering its current brick-and-mortar retail banking business, Capital One offered retail banking products such as CDs and money market accounts through its online-only business called Capital One Savings.

I spent four years based in McKinsey's Chicago office and one year in McKinsey's Singapore office. I served clients in the US, the UK, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. As a strategy consultant, I provided management consulting services to C-suite clients in various industries including healthcare, financial services and telecom. For a period of twelve years, I played various roles as a software professional including programmer, analyst, project manger, implementation specialist and program manager. During this period I served various clients in the US and India.
