• Supervise and direct the sales team for increasing the business volume. Conduct meeting and seminar for the approach to market segment. Study the competition in the market and take action accordingly. Analyze the product pricing and administration of the prices. Forecast year wise sale and meet the target sale of the division. Predict the future sale forecast• Project and material management including quality assurance. • Reviewing of various Government and private tenders, sales contracts, RFQ’s both nationally and internationally on regular basis.• Assess costing, risk & delivery of various RFQ’s and sales tenders etc. Lead sales team to be in constant liaison with various divisions such as engineering, design, costing, production control, production machine shop, and documentation, commercial, legal and quality control/quality assurance team to assess and complete tender quotations.• Oversee team to help prepare formal sales proposal/tender documents covering domestic and international markets.• Select and subcontract suppliers for the jobs to be sourced out as and when required. Regularly depute engineering and Q.A/Q.C team to supervise the implementation of the contracts for Sartrex Power, to meet contractual obligations in timely fashion.• Responsible for negotiating obsolescence tackling and reverse engineering of numerous equipment used in CANDU power plants in domestic and as well as international market. Well versed with the diverse requirements in the CANDU power plants, where most of the I & C equipment is replaced by Sartrex maintaining the same form, fit and functions. This also adds multi-million dollars in sales revenue.• Provide sales and product presentations, seminars and hold meeting with the customers such as AECL(Now Candu Energy Inc.) , Ontario Power Generations (OPG), N B Power ( Point Lepreau ) various Department of Energy (DOE Labs, KHNP(Korea), QINSHAN 1&2 (China), and Romania (Cernavoda)
