• Responsible for identifying violations of auditor independence policies pertaining to securities, brokerage accounts, employee benefit plans, variable insurance, pension plans, credit cards, bank accounts, insurance, trusts, and power of attorney, as well as various roles held by partners, principals, and managing directors who are affiliated with PwC Global territories (including South Africa, New Zealand, Canada, and the Middle East).• Have direct conversations with partners and practice employees, address any concerns they may have about personal independence, and go over the audit's conclusions.• Have outstanding abilities, such as the ability to develop audit issues and reports, raise and resolve audit concerns with management, and complete audits on time and with little supervision.• Create the personalized violation report and create executive summary and the personalized report of violations, infractions on a per-file basis.• Responsible for carrying out service quality reviews and peer reviews, regularly conducting trainings and refresher sessions.

• Examining all KYC and CDD documentation for corporations, charities, and people in accordance with policy and jurisdiction; requesting information or documents as needed in accordance with procedure.• Perform due diligence and draw attention to any procedural needs in the event that a fault exists.• Examine key controllers and beneficial ownership (BO) in accordance with policy, keeping an eye out for sanctions and adverse media coverage.• Utilize process and procedural modifications into the due diligence review process and stay informed about regulatory updates. Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products.• Support the tracking and monitoring of incidents to make sure they are resolved in accordance with the customer service level agreement.
