Take care of order to cash function right from the time a customer place an order to raise an invoices monitors the and AR (Accounts Receivables), AP (Accounts Payable), CDM (Customer Data Management), Stock, Collections and many other Sub processes.Responsibilities:•Provide support to the sales team for the business and Month end Provision Entries in SAP ERP (Invoicing, Payments, Generating reports)•Debtors Aging Analysis and Collection of Overdue Outstanding Debtors balance.•Must ensure Proper Re-Order Levels & Availability of Stores Items to User Departments in a Timely Manner.•Identifying new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions•Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers•Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs•Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions•Offering after-sales support services•Administering client accounts•Preparing reports for head office•Coordinating sales projects
