Responsibilities:# Product Design.# Making the design of various parts of a Television model.# Simulating them with the condition of load, heat, sustainability etc.# Simulating all parts in TV assembly whether it is plastic or metal.# Making the parts mold-able by consulting with mold dept or foreign mold maker and guide them in time of DFM.# Following up with the mold making progress until it is complete.# Checking the trialed sample parts by fitting with other parts.# Making the modifications if required.# Ensuring the packaging through software simulation and physical test according to the testing standard of ISTA 2A 2011.# Analyzing customer feedback from market and do improvement work.# Co-ordinating R&D, Production and QC team for 20", 32" & 39" LED TV models to achieve maximum quality production.Achievements:# Introducing 32" DLED Smart and Basic Television from Design to Manufacturing.# Establishing shape molded EPS packaging system for all Television as a successful Project.# Establishing Auto corrugated packaging carton for all Television as a successful Project.
