With a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Durgapur, I am a passionate professional in the IT and Telecommunications industry. I have been working as a Domain Support Specialist at Ericsson since July 2023, after completing a 10-month stint as a Solutions Integrator at the same company.In my current role, I have contributed to the deployment of CI/CD pipeline, the monitoring and upgrading of production servers, and the customer service for live node servers. I have also gained hands-on experience in projects such as 5G Development, where I used Camunda BPM, Postman API, and PostgreSQL in the domain of Ericsson Catalog Manager (ECM).
