Senior Associate at State Street Asset Management Services.Working for Canadian clients and IM's on Trade/Cash settlements accross all the markets.Ensuring all DTC/FED and Canadian market trades are not failing for the day, intimating client if required on the failed trades where broker input would be needed for settlement.Handling one of the NACC funds (North American Critical Client) and ensuring the best custody service is provided.Assisting in IPO settlement and private placement.Working with ABO on the settlement of CA event.Working on the necessary setup of CA events (Rights issue, dividend, flips, swings and bonus issues)Maintaining a good service relationship with clients on behalf of custody.Responsible for daily clients reporting and act as main point of contact for all clients inquiry on trades, cash, Derivatives, REPO processing, market opening and closure all end to end service.Handling multiple clients and assisting them in their day to day business and requirements from custody.Working with internal teams to resolve the exception and breaks between client and custody vs accounting.Working with our accounting team on the NAV discrepancy raised by clients for resolution. Alerting client on the NAV impact notified by FA.Working with ABO in various activities involving broker addition & deletion, tax payment, documentation and all other communications as per client requirements using SWIFT.
