Other main tasks and objectives are as follows,- Manage, direct, and monitor overall performance of the factory.- Prepare monthly production plan as for the market requirement.- Prepare and maintain production and sales reports.- Preparation of product costing reports.- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.- Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets.- Developing plans for the factory’s progress, production improvement and general growth.- Research potential vendors, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.- Prepare and review monthly salaries of factory workers. - Recruitment of new employees, training, set action and targets, appraise, and manage performance, development, and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.- Analyze and authorize finish goods delivery schedules.- Support all other departments with related issues.
