• Built REST APIs as part of a microservice for relaying a customer's order information. These APIs were used by the eCommerce web apps, mobile apps, and Customer Call Centre apps• Built a reporting service which was used for daily financial reconciliation• Moved the microservice to public cloud, viz. Microsoft Azure, from Walmart’s private cloud. Ensured that personally identifiable information was stored adhering to best data storage practices• Worked on making the codebase more stable by increasing the test coverage, resolving SonarQube issues and increasing code modularity. Was able to decrease the count of SonarQube issues from 100+ to 0

• Built a customer-facing microservice, named Order Services, which stores and relays the customer's order information• Integrated Order Services with IBM Sterling Order Management System. This enabled Order Services to get the latest order status information in near real-time• Built a near real-time dashboard to give an insight into the performance of sales. This dashboard is being used heavily by operations, business and product management teams for strategizing and monitoring

New Delhi Area, India

• Developed a social networking-cum-eCommerce application which enabled users to buy gardening products• Worked on creating the database schemas for the application and built APIs to be used by the mobile app

Work involved overlooking the functioning of various campus activities of ShARE. Responsible formaintaining and improving the performance of my fellow team members and of the team as a whole.I regularly liaised between ShARE and the institute authorities and between ShARE, IIT Roorkee andShARE Global regarding various issues.
