10+ years experience into Recruitment in IT & NON-IT field.  Responsible for full cycle in recruitment. Reporting to the Hr Manager directly Interacting with Hiring managers, Technical managers on a daily basis Working through job portals like Naukri, Monster, Jobsite in sourcing the resumes, Headhunting. Involved in initial Screening of profiles received from backend team. Qualified profiles are sent to the respective Hiring Managers for further consideration. Interview coordination, verifying documents and follow up with candidate till joining Responsible for maintaining hiring updates.  Preparing offer letters for selected candidates. Conducting induction Program to new joiners. Taking care of attendance and leave records.  Preparing Recruitment, Joining, Confirmation, Exit, and Attrition report. Responsible for conducting Exit interview, and feedback evaluation. Reviewing the full and final settlements for resigned employees. Responding to all Employee queries.
