Project Planning & Management• Managing end to end execution of projects; preparing project schedules and monitoring it with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance, preparing detailed cash flows and budgetary estimates.• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottle necking; preparing project schedules, presentations, catch up plans, weekly, bi-weekly & monthly progress meetings, budget v/s actual expenditure reports.Site & Construction Management• Managing on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.• Supervising the procurement of project material and following up with vendors for various projects; developing vendors for timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost effective prices.Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning• Supervising fabrication & erection activities at site for all Electrical works; eliminating redundant / obsolete processes and working towards value-addition managing erection & commissioning of equipment to facilitate project progress.• Conducting process audits & inspection of engineering items; reviewing existing processes and improving same for enhancing operational efficacy; undertaking inspection of quality of different components for fire alarm/ central battery and central monitoring system like containment works; executing laying and earth leakage tests like Meggering and continuity test etc.Techno-commercial Operations• Managing project contracts holding techno-commercial discussions and finalizing contracts; floating tenders, preparing tender documents, specifications & bill of quantity and evaluating tender bids.• Supervising the procurement of project material with accountability of identification of vendors/sub-contractors; following up with vendors for timely delivery of materials at cost effective prices.

(Mechanical & Electrical discipline).• Preparation of Attending Progress Review &Technical meetings with Client / Consultant regarding Project progress related activities.• Project documentation including preparation and submission of various documents including minutes of meetings, site survey reports, Submittals including material approval sheets, proposed design drawings, Letters for dependencies and notes etc.• Setting targets for the team to achieve mile stones and running bills for monthly cash flow (Mechanical & Electrical discipline).• Monitor the Site installation, H.S.E(Health Safety Environment) and Quality related activities.• Initiating Internal site Inspection for various Fire Protection & detection system with approved IFC Drawing.• Client / Consultant / Third Party Inspection Initiator for various Fire Protection& Detection installation at Site.• Carry out Expediting at Supplier ends for various Fire Protection& detection Materials.• Maintaining Job’s Material Tracking & Preparing Internal Material Request, Documents Lists, and Gate passes for material.• Maintain quality and project specification at site by following method statement and inspection testing plan and approved IFC drawing.• Initiator for clearing NCR and maintaining documents for the same.• Follow up with procurement team for materials (consumables and billable).• Billing and project closure activities.
